This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (76%), Petit Verdot (17%), Merlot (5%) and Cabernet Franc (2%). Fermented as small parcels with manual punch downs, the mainly free run must finished ferment in French barriques to further undergo mlf. The wine is unfined to provide life giving fine grained tannins.
Aromas of intense cassis and blackberry are supported by plum, black olive, cigar box, and truffle notes. The palate is both huge and velvety, with the fruit and savoury notes tightly held together by the Petit Verdot structure. The finish is seamless with ripe tannins and integrated French oak.
