2021 Estate Malbec

COLOR: Deep crimson with purple hues.

AROMA: Aromas of bright cassis, mulberry, blackberry, and black cherry are supported by notes of liquorice, cigar box, cocoa and a hint of pepper and spice.

PALATE: Rich and complex, with dark fruit and savoury elements in harmony. The finish is seamless and long, framed by supple tannins and well-integrated French oak.

The grapes for this wine were fermented in small parcels with manual plunging. The wine was then pressed into French barriques to complete both primary and malolactic fermentation. After a further 12 months of maturation, it was bottled and allowed to develop additional complexity with bottle age.
