We welcome you to our cellar door at EVOI, nestled amid the vines in Margaret River. Here, Nigel and Sonsire invite you to step behind the scenes and experience our wines first-hand, where they are made.
Our Winemaker, Nigel, personally guides each visit, sharing the story behind each ferment and the decisions that shape our Chardonnay, Cabernet and small-parcel bottlings. You'll walk through the winery, witness the process, then taste wines from barrel and bottle, not just finished wines, and experience them during a crucial stage of their journey.
Get to know Nigel, our Winemaker at Evoi Wines, and his quirky sense of humour for an enjoyable behind the scenes tour of the wine making process conducted in our Margaret River winery.
You may be lucky enough to taste wine straight from the barrel and at different stages of the winemaking process as you learn about a grape’s journey from the vine to the bottle. Following the winery tour, you will be treated to a VIP tasting of our Evoi wines with Nigel.
