We only make the wines in our Reserve range when the growing season gives us fruit of outstanding quality.  

In the winery, we use a portion of new French oak barriques to bring structure and complexity, while keeping the fruit the focus. From fermentation through to maturation, we nurture the wine into being and select only the finest barrels for the final blend. 

We work all year round to ensure each of our “Reserve” wines earns the label. Each bottle represents the very best of what we do at EVOI.
