The grapes for this wine were handpicked and fermented as small parcels with manual plunging. The wine was then pressed into French barriques and tank, to finish primary and malolactic ferment. After maturation for a further 12 months the wine was bottled and left for a period to gain complexity with bottle age.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Deep crimson with violet hues.

AROMA: Aromas of bright cassis and blueberry, layered with plum, black olive, fresh tobacco leaf, bell pepper, bay leaf and subtle chocolate notes.

PALATE: Complex and velvety, combining vibrant fruit and savoury elements. The finish is seamless and long, with ripe tannins and well-integrated French oak providing structure and balance.

WINEMAKING

The grapes for this wine were handpicked and fermented in small parcels with manual plunging. The wine was then pressed into French barriques and tank to complete both primary and malolactic fermentation. After a further 12 months of maturation, it was bottled and allowed to develop additional complexity through bottle age.
