NOSE: Aromas of bright cassis and blueberry, layered with plum, black olive, fresh tobacco leaf, bell pepper, bay leaf and subtle chocolate notes.
PALATE: Fruit-forward and expressive, with juicy tannins and well-integrated French oak providing structure and balance.

WINEMAKING
The grapes for this wine are sourced from the incredible Blackwood Valley region, located two hours inland from Margaret River. They were fermented in small parcels with manual plunging. The wine was then pressed into French barriques and tank to complete both primary and malolactic fermentation.
