COLOUR: Deep ruby with purple tinges.
NOSE: Aromas of blackberry, cherry, and leather, supported by notes of plum, vanilla bean and hints of pepper and spice.
PALATE: Fruit-forward and vibrant, with juicy tannins and well-integrated French oak adding structure and balance.

WINEMAKING
The grapes for this wine are sourced from the incredible Blackwood Valley region, located two hours inland from Margaret River. They were fermented in small parcels with manual plunging. The wine was then pressed into French barriques and tank to complete both primary and malolactic fermentation.
